2. Data collected
Accessing this website involves processing technical connection data, including your IP address, access time and requested page. When the enquiry function is enabled, we process your name, email address, message and privacy acknowledgement. No form data is sent while the function is displayed as unavailable.
3. Purposes
Connection data is used to provide this website securely. Enquiry data is used to handle and answer your request. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Secure website operation and protection against abuse rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where consent is required, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies; consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
5. Retention period
The content of the enquiry form is forwarded to the restaurant via OKO and stored in the OKO system for 90 days; it is not used for any other purpose. E-mails received by the restaurant are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable statutory retention obligations. Technical data is processed only as necessary for operation and security. Enquiries are not used to create marketing profiles.
6. Recipients
The restaurant receives your enquiry. OKO (BAD PARTNERS) supports technical operation. Cloudflare, Inc., USA, provides website delivery. When enabled, the enquiry function sends your details to OKO's system, which forwards them to the restaurant by e-mail; e-mails are delivered via Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC, USA). To protect against automated abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile is embedded through an OKO page (forms.joinoko.com); this may involve IP addresses and browser and device information. Turnstile loads only when you open the enquiry form. Data may be transferred to the USA; details of safeguards are available in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Wolt, Lieferando and Uber Eats open in a new tab only when you click a link. Orders and data processing there are governed by the respective provider's notices.
