This website provides information about China Garten and links to reservation and ordering services. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed reservation or an order.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. China Garten reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Orders through Wolt, Lieferando or Uber Eats are placed on the respective external platform, which displays its available payment methods and contractual terms. Cash and bank cards are accepted for payment at the restaurant.
4. Delivery / collection
This website does not provide its own checkout for collection or delivery. Availability, delivery areas, fees and delivery times on external platforms depend on the respective offer.
5. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (§ 312g(2) no. 2 BGB) or for contracts for the supply of food and drinks for a specific date or period (§ 312g(2) no. 9 BGB).
6. Legal warranties
Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB).
